would amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to reauthorize the diesel emissions reduction program.

would amend the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 and FLPMA to provide for circumstances under which reinitiation of consultation is not required under a land and resource management plan or land use plan under those Acts.

would release the reversionary interest of the United States in certain nonfederal land in Salt Lake City, Utah.
