The State Water Control Board proposed amendments to 9 Va. Admin. Code §25-880. The proposed amendments would, among other things, require a letter of availability to be provided with the registration statement when nutrient credits are proposed to demonstrate compliance with water quality requirements, and require waste containers to be closed during precipitation events and at the end of the business day to minimize discharge of pollutants in stormwater coming in contact with building materials in containers. Hearings will be held November 27, 2018, and November 28, 2018.
