The Department of Environmental Quality has proposed amendments to 58.01.08, Idaho Rules for Public Drinking Water Systems. This rulemaking would incorporate by reference the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations for Lead and Copper: Short Term Regulatory Revisions and Clarifications; Final Rule, promulgated by EPA.
