The federal agencies issued their semiannual regulatory agendas providing specific information on the status of regulations under development and revision. Rulemaking actions are grouped according to prerulemaking, proposed rules, final rules, long-term actions, and rulemaking actions completed since the fall 2010 agenda. OSM seeks public comment on a proposed amendment to Indiana's regulatory program under SMCRA concerning ownership/control provisions and other miscellaneous adjustments.

EPA proposed to revise certain exclusions from the definition of solid waste for hazardous secondary materials intended for reclamation.
