SIP Proposal: Nevada (second 10-year plan for maintaining the 1997 eight-hour ozone NAAQS in Clark County). 

EPA proposed to promulgate an aquatic life designated use that includes propagation and protective water quality criteria for dissolved oxygen for Zone 3, Zone 4, and upper Zone 5 of the Delaware River. 

FWS proposed to list the coal darter as a threatened species under the ESA, with a rule issued under §4(d) of the Act to provide for the conservation of the species. 

FWS announced findings that the following 10 species are not warranted for listing as endangered or threatened under the ESA: Hupp’s Hill cave beetle, Hubbard’s cave beetle, overlooked cave beetle, Shenandoah cave beetle, Little Kennedy cave beetle, Holsinger’s cave beetle, Hubricht’s cave beetle, silken cave beetle, Pinaleño talussnail, and San Xavier talussnail. 

FWS proposed to list the West Virginia spring salamander as an endangered species and to designate critical habitat under the ESA.

SIP Proposal: California (revisions to motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program to include contingency measure that, if triggered, would narrow smog check inspection exemption for newer model year vehicles in certain nonattainment areas).

SIP Approval: California (interim final determination concerning serious nonattainment area requirements for the 1997 annual fine particulate matter (PM2.5) NAAQS, and contingency measures for the 1997 annual, 2006 24-hour, and 2012 annual PM2.5 NAAQS for the San Joaquin Valley nonattainment area).

SIP Proposal: California (contingency measures requirements for the 1997 annual, 2006 24-hour, and 2012 annual fine particulate matter (PM2.5) NAAQS for the San Joaquin Valley PM2.5 nonattainment area).

SIP Proposal: California (requirements for the 2008 eight-hour ozone NAAQS and the 2015 eight-hour ozone NAAQS in the San Diego County ozone nonattainment area). 

SIP Approval: Wyoming (revisions addressing interstate transport for the 2015 eight-hour ozone NAAQS).
