United States v. ALTIVIA Petrochemicals, LLC, No. 1:21-cv-00640 (S.D. Ohio Sept. 22, 2022). A settling CAA defendant that emitted hazardous air pollutants from its petrochemical manufacturing facility in Haverhill, Ohio, in violation of CAA §113(a)(3), NESHAPs for the synthetic organic chemical manufacturing industry, and its Title V permit must control emissions from Unit 202-F, implement a five-year enhanced leak detection and repair program with three independent audits, and pay a $1,112,500 civil penalty.
