DOJ, on behalf of DOI, entered into a proposed settlement agreement under OPA that requires the settling party to pay $567,155.97 for past assessment costs and implementation of natural resource restoration projects related to the December 15, 2017, discharge of approximately 11,600 gallons of unleaded gasoline from a fuel tanker near Idanha, Oregon.

Regan, No. 1:22-cv-01012-CRC (D.D.C.), that would establish deadlines for the Agency to sign proposed and final actions pertaining to allegations that EPA failed to perform its non-discretionary duty to review and revise as necessary the NESHAPs from Oil and Natural Gas Production Facilities and Natural Gas Transmission and Storage Facilities, and unreasonably delayed in responding to plaintiffs’ 2012 petition for administrative reconsideration of the final rule Oil and Natural Gas Sector: New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Reviews.

NMFS reviewed and seeks comment on the Alaska, Atlantic, and Pacific regional marine mammal stock assessment reports in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.

FWS proposed to designate approximately 104 river miles in Bledsoe, Blount, Morgan, and Roane Counties, Tennessee, and Scott, Smyth, and Washington Counties, Virginia, as critical habitat for the sickle darter under the ESA.
