Subject to limited exceptions, any person who produces an agricultural commodity on converted wetlands shall be ineligible for various U.S. Department of Agriculture financial programs, including agricultural price supports, farm storage facility loans, crop insurance, disaster payments, and Farmers Home Administration loans relating to the conversion of wetlands.
