would expedite certain forest management activities on National Forest System lands when developed through a collaborative process of interested parties, require bonds to be posted when legal challenges to certain forest management activities are initiated, modify the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act, and authorize additional funding sources for forest management activities.
