The bill would provide for consideration of bill H.R. 1119, which would establish the bases by which the Administrator of EPA shall issue, implement, and enforce certain emission limitations and allocations for existing electric utility steam generating units that convert coal refuse into energy, as well as bill H.R. 1917, which would allow for judicial review of any final rule addressing NESHAPs for brick and structural clay products or for clay ceramics manufacturing before requiring compliance with such rule.
