would provide for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill H.R. 2576 to modernize TSCA and the bill H.R. 897 to amend FIFRA and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify congressional intent regarding the regulation of the use of pesticides in or near navigable waters.
