A settling CERCLA defendant must pay $1,000,000 in past U.S. response costs and future oversight costs incurred and to be incurred at the American Cyanamid Superfund site in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and must perform the EPA-selected remedies at Operable Units 2 and 4.
