United States v. Wyandotte, City of

A settling CAA defendant that violated terms of a prior consent decree concerning violations at two of its coal-fired electric generating units (EGUs) in Wyandotte, Michigan, must pay $425,000 in stipulated penalties, restrict one EGU to burning only natural gas, and retire the other EGU.
