Settling CAA defendants must perform injunctive relief estimated to cost $110,500,000 and pay $1 million in civil penalties for using flares at three petrochemical manufacturing facilities in Calvert City, Kentucky, and Lake Charles, Louisiana, that violated new source review requirements, new source performance standards, NESHAPs, maximum achievable control technology standards, Title V program requirements and operating permits, and related Kentucky and Louisiana SIP requirements.
