United States v. Waterbury, City of

Settling CAA defendants who violated the Solid Waste Combustion provisions of the Act and the requirements for sewage sludge incineration units must bring the sewage sludge incineration unit located at the Waterbury Wastewater Treatment Plant into compliance and pay a $104,000 civil penalty.
