Under a proposed consent decree concerning the Ottawa River Natural Resources Assessment site in Toledo, Ohio, a settling CERCLA and CWA defendant must implement and maintain a restoration project; finance DOI's implementation of a second restoration project and deed property to DOI to enable the agency to maintain wetlands located on DOI property; pay restoration oversight costs to DOI and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency; and pay the United States and Ohio $420,000 in past natural resources damage assessment costs.
