United States v. Slawson Exploration Co., Inc.

A settling CAA defendant that failed to adequately design, operate, and maintain storage tank vapor control systems, resulting in emissions of volatile organic compounds and other pollutants at well pads on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation and at other locations in North Dakota, must pay a $2.1 million civil penalty and perform injunctive relief.
