A settling CERCLA defendant must reimburse the United States $1,460,758 for costs EPA incurred in response to the release of hazardous substances at the Sherwin-Williams/Hilliards Creek site and the United States Avenue Burn site, and perform the soils and sediments operable unit remedy at the United States Avenue Burn site.
