In connection with the McColl Superfund site in Fullerton, California, a settling CERCLA defendant must pay the United States $29,501,511.85, plus interest in the amount of $3,059.39, and $75.83 per day from March 16, 2021, through the date of payment, and pay its allocated fair share of future response costs.
