United States v. Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority

Under a consolidated consent decree that supersedes three prior consent decrees, a settling CWA defendant responsible for violations at water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, and pump stations in Puerto Rico must implement injunctive relief over the next 15 years at an estimated cost of $1.5 billion.
