United States v. Poor Charlie & Co.

A settling CERCLA defendant responsible for violations at the Twin Cities Iron and Metal Superfund site in Bristol, Virginia, must pay $3,401,833.31, based on a limited ability to pay, must assign the rights to any proceeds from its insurance policies to the United States, and must commit to creating an environmental trust for the benefit of the United States and properties it owns in West Virginia.
