Settling CERCLA defendants that released or threatened release of hazardous substances at the Nelson Tunnel/Commodore Waste Rock Pile Superfund site must pay $5,775,000 for past and future response costs incurred by the United States in connection with the site; the consent decree also requires settling federal agencies to pay EPA $425,000 for past and future response costs.
