United States v. Ovintiv USA Inc.

Under a proposed consent decree concerning unlawful emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from certain storage vessels and their associate vapor control systems, a settling CAA defendant must take specified actions at 139 of its facilities in Utah, pay a civil penalty of $5,500,000, and take pollution mitigation actions to reduce VOC emissions.
