Under a proposed consent decree concerning the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund site in Old Bridge Township and Borough of Sayreville, New Jersey, settling CERCLA defendants must pay $151.1 million for reimbursement of past costs, for remaining cleanup work, and for restoration of natural resource damages and assessment costs.
