Under a proposed consent decree concerning the Anniston PCB Hazardous Waste Superfund site in and around Anniston, Alabama, a settling CERCLA defendant must undertake injunctive measures to remediate specific parcels of the site where hazardous substances are located and reimburse EPA for past and future response costs.
