A settling OPA defendant that discharged crude oil into Marcelinas Creek, Texas, must pay $770,000, which will be used to fund the restoration option selected by the federal and state trustees, to reimburse the trustees for their past assessment costs, and to provide for future administrative and assessment costs associated with implementation of the restoration plan.
