A settling System Unit Resource Protection Act defendant that allegedly destroyed, caused the loss of, or injured National Park Service (NPS) System unit resources at the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, including experimental data and property owned by the NPS, must pay $72,500 in U.S. response costs and damages.
