United States v. Honeywell International Inc.

Under a proposed consent decree concerning the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at the North Hollywood Operable Unit of the San Fernando Valley Superfund site in Los Angeles, California, settling CERCLA defendants must pay $250,000 each to EPA for past response costs, pay a total of $21,952.57 to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control for past response costs, and perform injunctive relief.
