A settling CAA, CWA, and RCRA defendant, in connection with violations at its scrap metal recycling facilities in Caguas, Playa Ponce, and Hormigueros, Puerto Rico, must pay a $50,000 civil penalty and establish and follow various practices that will ensure compliance in the future.
