A settling CAA defendant that produced and sold gasoline with a Reid Vapor Pressure in excess of the applicable standard, among other fuel violations, must pay a $1.2 million civil penalty and must implement mitigation projects that are anticipated to reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds, including toxics, by an estimated 96 tons.
