A settling Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act defendant responsible for disclosure violations at 50 separate properties located in or near Rockford, Illinois, must pay an administrative penalty of $5,000, certify that he is complying with residential lead paint notification requirements, submit a plan for window replacement work and replace all windows in 52 housing units that are not certified lead-based paint-free, abate lead-based paint hazards on friction and impact surfaces, and stabilize other lead-based paint hazards.
