Under a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, a settling CAA defendant that violated certification and labeling requirements for the importation and sale of highway motorcycles and recreational vehicles must pay a $150,000 civil penalty based on an assessment of ability to pay and must enter into a compliance plan for the importation of any vehicles.
