Settling CAA defendants that violated regulations related to flares used at the defendants' petrochemical manufacturing plants in Channelview, Corpus Christi, and LaPorte, Texas, and in Clinton, Iowa, must perform injunctive relief and pay a civil penalty of $3,400,000.
