A settling CERCLA defendant that released or threatened to release hazardous substances at and from the National Zinc Corporation Superfund site in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, must pay $1,696,500 to reimburse the natural resources trustees for past assessment costs and to fund future restoration actions.
