United States v. Clearwater Paper Corp.

A settling CAA defendant responsible for violations of new source performance standards, NESHAPs, and a Title V permit at its paper and pulp mill in Lewiston, Idaho, must pay a $300,000 civil penalty and must install the necessary equipment to cease ongoing violations by September 30, 2015.
