United States v. Chevron U.S.A. Inc.

Under a proposed consent decree, settling OPA and Maine Oil Discharge Prevention and Pollution Control Law defendants responsible for discharges at the former Chevron and Texaco marine oil terminal facilities in Hampden, Maine, must pay $880,000 for restoration of natural resources and $42,862 for reimbursement of natural resource damages assessment costs.
