United States v. Cannery Pier Hotel, LLC

Settling OPA defendants that discharged oil from a fuel storage tank located under a partially collapsed pier on the Columbia River in Astoria, Oregon, must pay the National Pollution Fund Center of the U.S. Coast Guard $994,146.43 for costs and damages incurred in response to the spill.
