Under a proposed consent decree concerning the releases of hazardous substances at the Iowa-Nebraska Light & Power Company Superfund site in Norfolk, Nebraska, settling CERCLA defendants must complete a cleanup action that EPA selected for the site and reimburse EPA for costs incurred in reviewing the work.
