A settling CAA, CWA, EPCRA, and RCRA defendant responsible for violations at five solvent blending, storage, and distribution plants in Iowa and Kansas must pay a $1.1 million civil penalty, correct ongoing violations, and conduct three extensive compliance audits at all of its facilities.
