Under a proposed consent decree concerning response actions at the CPS/Madison Superfund site in Old Bridge Township, New Jersey, settling CERCLA defendants must perform certain aspects of remedial designs/remedial actions, which are estimated to cost approximately $14 million, and pay EPA's future costs associated with oversight of that work.
