Settling CAA defendants that violated Indiana and Ohio SIPs at three steel plants in Indiana and one plant in Ohio must pay a $5,002,158 civil penalty, perform injunctive relief through various compliance monitoring activities, and transfer five acres of Lake Michigan beachfront property to the city of East Chicago, Indiana, for community benefit as a state supplemental environmental project.
