A settling CERCLA defendant responsible for releases of hazardous waste at the LCP Chemicals site in Brunswick, Georgia, the Hanlin-Allied-Olin Superfund site in Moundsville, West Virginia, and the LCP Chemicals, Inc. Superfund site in Linden, New Jersey, must pay a total of $8,750,000 in civil penalties.
