Under a proposed settlement agreement, settling CERCLA and RCRA defendants must pay $185 million to resolve claims concerning response actions and natural resource damages at Superfund sites in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Kearny, New Jersey; Painesville, Ohio; and Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
