Under a proposed bankruptcy settlement agreement concerning the Lower Duwamish Waterway Superfund site in Seattle, Washington, the United States will be provided a $3.25 million allowed general unsecured claim on behalf of EPA and a $1 million allowed general unsecured claim on behalf of DOI and NOAA.
