An administrative law judge (ALJ) denied a motion by Strong Steel Products, LLC to disregard arguments regarding RCRA closure. However the ALJ granted Strong Steel's motion for leave to file a RCRA closure response brief. EPA's motion for leave to file a brief in response to Strong Steel's RCRA closure response brief was also granted.
