An administrative law judge (ALJ) denied a motion for accelerated decision brought by the owner and operator of a hazardous waste facility who allegedly violated the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). In its complaint, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) claimed that the respondent's facility had hazardous waste present inside cracks and on the facility's processing floor.
