An administrative law judge (ALJ) denies an individual's motion to suppress all evidence and information that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) obtained during a site investigation relating to the presence and operation of underground storage tanks on the individual's property. He claimed that search and seizure of his property was illegal because they it was conducted without a search warrant and without his voluntary consent.
