An administrative law judge (ALJ) denies an automotive company's motion to dismiss the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) claim that the company and the owner of a gasoline service station failed to install overfill protection equipment and failed to maintain certain records regarding corrosion analysis, underground storage tank (UST) system repair, and compliance with release detection at the station in violation of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and state law, and consolidates EPA's cases against the company and the owner.
