An administrative law judge (ALJ) granted in part and denied in part the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) motion for a complete a prehearing exchange and for discovery against a company. The ALJ ordered the company to provide a more detailed narrative of its expert witness; to identify any representatives from the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia that it will call to testify in this matter; and to identify any exhibits it will introduce into evidence in this case.
