An administrative law judge (ALJ) denied the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) motion for stay, which would have allowed EPA to review a substantial amount of new information that a corporation submitted to it regarding the chemical ammonium perfluorooctanoate (APFO) and the perfluorooctanoic acid anion associated with APFO. The ALJ, however, granted EPA a limited extension of time.
